Four whole years has passed. Hoverboard was invented right after the end of Zero and hoverboarding has been EgoCity's entertainment since. However, those four years have been critical for Johnny. He lost Rachel because of Scar's ship, plunging her along with it. Johnny wants to be with her again, but the only way is to ask the guardian, which he was once destroyed. ECIII was supposed to be the last part of the whole movie, yet there’s still something missing. That means a continuation of this flash movie into a whole new level with a compression of size.
