For the Flash Fest Woot 83 This is an expansion to my EC series for those who are wondering about wat ever happed to Jesse lolz If he\'s alive or not and people telling me wat about the cameo of him in most of my flashs XD but there u go X3 P.S. Oh I almost forgot to add a lil story to the end that the IMPolice are against Cap because he is taking their job away XDDD

	Wow I've never seen Jesse looking that badass....and Cap too. Especially the scene where he smackes his 2 guns together , in that moment hes kinda looking ganxta.
